After module mask assembly, modules are placed on the aging test rack to check for uneven brightness (light/dark areas) and verify consistency of light-emitting angles (120-160°, refer to parameter sheet). Step 6: 6th Defect Screening During Module Aging Test
The 6th round of defect screening is performed during the module aging test. We only select modules that have passed all 6 previous inspections, strictly controlling product quality.
Step 7: 7th Quality Aging Test (48h) After Final Assembly
Qualified modules are transferred to the assembly workshop. After final assembly, the 7th quality aging test is conducted, lasting 48 hours. These 7 rounds of quality checks ensure flawless LED display quality.
