Step 2: LED Chip High-Temperature Baking Before SMT Assembly
Before SMT Assembly,LED chips undergo 72-hour baking at 100℃ to keep them dry, effectively reducing the defect rate in the subsequent SMT assembly stage.
Step 3: SMT Assembly – Curing & AI Defect Inspection
During SMT assembly, LED chips and ICs are cured via high-temperature baking. AI-equipped equipment is used to inspect defect rates and screen out defective products, ensuring assembly precision.
Step 4: 2nd Defect Screening Before Module Assembly
After completing the SMT assembly process, a second round of defect screening is conducted prior to module mask assembly, achieving the pursuit of excellence in quality control.
Step 5: Module Light-Emitting Angle Inspection & Judgment
After module mask assembly, modules are placed on the aging test rack to check for uneven brightness (light/dark areas) and verify consistency of light-emitting angles (120-160°, refer to parameter sheet). Consistent angles allow progression to module aging tests; inconsistent angles trigger full-batch re-production.
Step 6: 6th Defect Screening During Module Aging Test
The 6th round of defect screening is performed during the module aging test. We only select modules that have passed all 6 previous inspections, strictly controlling product quality.
Step 7: 7th Quality Aging Test (48h) After Final Assembly
Qualified modules are transferred to the assembly workshop. After final assembly, the 7th quality aging test is conducted, lasting 48 hours. These 7 rounds of quality checks ensure flawless LED display quality.
